A fairly new phenomenon in Greece is the co-working spaces community. With people coming up with new ideas, new teams and wanting to work in a stimulating environment, co-working spaces are filling that gap.
Impact Hub Athens: One of the most youthful co-working spaces, this outpost of the international co-working Hub brand, is in the Psyrri neighborhood, a couple minutes walk from the Monastiraki metro. The founders of the space are enterprising and resourceful, bringing together the different Athenian communities with events, seminars in a beautiful space around the theme of social enterprise.
Found.ation is the the new project of the 123P team- a bustling co-working space with a focus on the technology sector. Located in the artsy, industrial Gazi-Petralona neighborhood on the third-floor of Thission Lofts.
Orange Grove is a space started by the Dutch Embassy in Athens to facilitate Dutch and Greek entrepreneurs in Athens.
The Cube is in the Exarcheia neighborhood, the lively and edgy student area of central Athens.
Colab Workspace: The first co-working space in Athens located a couple minutes walk from Syntagma Square on Petraki Street. Colab houses several young, but established companies and also some new teams working out their business models. The focus on this community is technology and start-ups.
